I have been to other immediate care facilities and nothing compares. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioners were caring and took there time to listen to my concerns and explained in great detail the treatment and treatment plan. This is the only immediate care i will go to from now on as well as the rest of my friends and family. Thank you for the treatment and awesome staff!! Recommend everyone to check them out.

I made an appointment to have a COVID-19 test for an upcoming vacation. At the appointment my vitals were also taken and I noticed that my blood pressure read “153 over 99”. I’ve never had that high a number before but I made no big deal about it because the “professionals” in the office made no comments on it. I did not learn until I talked to my mom later, that those are high numbers (especially for an African American female). I should have been informed at the very least to make a follow up appointment.

Was in pain so went to this facility for the first time. Couldn't be more happier. From the staff to the NP that saw me, just made me feel comfortable and at ease. They ask all the right questions and eventually figured out what was wrong, shingles. I wish I remembered her name, but she was my angel that night. Thanks for taking care of me!

Good place to go if you need to get in without an appointment. Checked in online and was told to proceed to the clinic and be there within 30 minutes. I did so, and still waited in their lobby for over an hour for a COVID test. Since I was waiting a while (it was fine, I understand the concept of no appointment) and awful daytime soaps were on the only TV, I didn’t want to use my data so I I tried to get on their WiFi labeled “ECure Guest”. A password was required. I proceed to ask the receptionist for the WiFi password and she tells me they “don’t have guest WiFi”. Confused if she was too lazy to get me the password or truly didn’t know her place of employment had guest WiFi labeled “ECure Guest”.

Everyone was very kind and well-informed. It was safe and VERY clean. The workers explained things to me simply and you can tell they really have a passion and heart for helping others.
